2 days ago my server went down and I am unable to open the local plex web to even see if I can reclaim it. It’s on the same subnet as my desktop and I haven’t changed any settings. I’ve signed out of my account and back in via the web app and I’ve attempted to open the local web app using the instructions from this page: https://support.plex.tv/articles/200288666-opening-plex-web-app/
I’m not sure what to try next so any help would be greatly appreciated. Obviously, without being able to open the server settings, I am not able to provide the version or player version details.
