For the last few releases I’ve noticed that I cannot click edit on the left hamburger bar and re-order the navigation. For example I’m trying to move live TV to the top and it just pops back to the bottom. I have unpinned re-pinned, nothing works. Anyone else having this issue?
which iOS device do you have? just to be clear when you are dragging it up you do see the space underneath open up which represents where it will be placed and it just doesn’t? it is only with moving to the top (just under Home) does it fail? lIke can you move it to the second spot from the top?
iPhone 13 Pro Max. When I edit and drag it visibly moves as soon as I release it snaps back as if I never changed anything. The same thing is happening on my M1 iPad Pro 12.9. Both are running iOS 15.4.

I realized my iOS was not updated to 15.4 and it took a while to complete but I cannot reproduce. I’m waiting til other folks are on who might have the same devices as you.
I can’t reproduce on a 13 Pro (non-Max) or an iPad (7th Gen).

No it does not make any sense. We have been trying to reproduce on various devices but can’t. One thing really weird about your video is you are moving Live TV but the Photo library ends up at top.
I figured it out. I reset the defaults from my home screen navigation and it now works. I wonder if it has to do with me hosting a second instance of Plex to combat the guide issues that were fixed weeks back. Thank you.
Do you mean you have two servers? If so that should not matter, many folks have multiple servers.
It was a thought as to why this happened. I had two servers, one with a Cable tuner and one with OTA due to a bug with guide data that was recently fixed. I have consolidated back to one server with both tuners and was thinking maybe that was the cause of the issue.
