Server Version#: 4.125.1
As of yesterday no remote players are able to play media. There is nothing indicating a issue in the logs. All players receive an error message to check connection speed to server. All remote players can connect to server see media but nothing plays.
Local play works with zero issues.
So remote access as such is working but remote streams fail?
What information is showing in the “now playing” tile for that playback on the Plex server dashboard?
I’m specifically interested if the streams are showing as remote or indirect (relayed).
Also… what’s the average/max bitrate of the video and what’s the internet upload speed at the site of your Plex media server?

I was able to figure it out. My docker template had a misspelling for the transcode I corrected it and now everything is working perfectly.
