Since a month plex stopped working on my xbox one (on ps3 / pc / phones it still works like a charm)

every time i try to play something on my xbox one, i get the error message : There was an unexpected error

if i use a different app on my xbox besides the plex app, i can still reach the server and play almost all files

already tried to reinstall the server and the plex app, but the error stays the same

Been getting the exact same problem on my xbox when trying to play movies from my WD PR4100 NAS.
Works okay streaming from my desktop PC hard drive.

Hi there. Could you enable logging in the app settings, play an affected file and then post the server logs here? That would be very helpful.
