I have a very basic setup with a Windows 11 computer hosting plex and a roku connected to a TV. Everything is hardwired directly to a small router. Plex plays just fine if I’m connected to the internet. But as soon as I disconnect internet, it locks up.
I’ve enabled DLNA and added the IP range/subnet to allowed without authentication. Am I missing anything?
