Unable to play trailer or extra on Samsung QN92

Hi,
I am unable to play any trailers or extra on my Samsung QN92 (2021) with the tizen app. I get a black screen then after a minute or so a generic playback error appears. Same trailers/extra play just fine on other clients such as Apple TV, iPad or web.

What I’ve tried so far is turning insecure connection on and off in the client settings but it does not change anything.
