Server Version#: 1.18.0.1944 on QNAP Nas

When I play a movie from Qnap to Samsung, everything is ok. When I play extras, I have the error message “Unable to connect to the content server”-
If I try to watch trailers and extras from the Web Client, from QNAP client of from Android App on my Honor8, everything is ok. The only problem I have is traliers and extras on Samsung Tv. Is there a way to sove it or try to debug?
I understand Orca has stopped support and it’s a pity. But it’s also true that Samsung or someone else is updating app. Looking at Samsung Apps (the Samsung market where you can download and install apps), the Plex server is updated to 2.013 and the update date is 17th september 2019.
I hope that someone can solve the problem… anyway, also a workaround is a solution!!!

I unfortunately suffer from exactly the same problem (with a bit a different setup though) and tried lots of things to fix it, but was not successful. I’m still hoping it might be fixed one day if it is not a big thing
