Unable to play trailers on Web Player

Player Version#: 4.34.3

I am getting the following error in Firefox and Chrome when it tries to play trailers, tested on 3 computers in my house. The movies play fine, just errors on trailers. No issues when using the Plex App (Windows, iPhone and PS4), i just don’t want to install the App on the computer I am getting the error on.

I’m not having any issues using Chrome with same server and player version as you.
