Unable to re-add HDHomeRun DVR

One day the DVR service stopped being able to tune into channels, restarting the jail Plex was running in as well as just the service wasn’t resolving it. With no updates available and nobody else reporting the same issue I decided to remove the DVR and try re-adding.

I’m unable to setup Plex DVR now, when viewing console while attempting to add the tuner I get a constant output of this:

It looks like the tuner wasn’t fully removed from the database.

I’ve let it scan for upwards of an hour and it doesn’t find anything:

And trying to manually point it to the IP address doesn’t work either:

Can you enter that IP address for the HDHomeRun in a browser and bring up the main page confirming which confirms that is the address being used by the tuner? Are you on the same subnet? If you cannot pull it up in a browser window, I would restart the tuner and see if that helps.

Yes:

I’ve restarted the HDHomeRun several times. And yes, both the server and tuner are on the same subnet.

Edit: I’ve also tested with other applications and it’s fully functional. Appears to be an issue with Plex.
