Unable to Record New DVR or Edit Existing Schedules

Player Version#: 1.53.1.3225-c0bc6cc4 Mac and Web
Tuner Make/Model: HDHR Duo and Quatro
Guide/Lineup name: Local Broadcast Listings
Using XMLTV?: No
Channel number/Name: 5 WLWT

Either via the Plex app or via Plex on the Web, when I click the record button to record something in the future from the Guide, I get this error.

If I try to view/edit an already scheduled recording, I am now presented with this error message.

I deleted both of the HDHRs and recreated them but am still getting the same results. Unfortunately I cannot delete the scheduled recordings as it gives me this error instead. The scheduled recordings DO continue to record on their schedule, but I am unable to add/delete/modify anything pertaining to Live TV.

Edit: I am able to watch live TV in real time, but not able to future schedule.

Suggestions, I could sure use some. TIA.

When is the last time you did a https://support.plex.tv/articles/repair-a-corrupted-database/ ?

Thanks for the link, I will have to decipher some of that to get syntax correct, not a daily terminal user, so notes will need to be made. One update I did discover is that I am to schedule recordings in another home user account. My admin account appears to be the one in trouble.
