Fastest way is to use a browser https://app.plex.tv/web and hit the 3 dots to the right of the channel logo.
Thank you for responding. When i do that, the channel disappears and then 1 second later reappears. When I move the channel it moves it right back to the same position.
OS and browser?
Either you have a plugin interfering or a corrupt database. Have you tried the one of the clients like Plex for Windows/Mac or HTPC?
