Unable to Scan Library Files; "An Internet connection is required ..." message

Server Version#:4.57.4
Player Version#:1.23.4.4805

Cannot initiate a SCAN. Error message is:
“An internet connection is required to scan library files. Please check this server’s connection and try again.”
after adding new music files to the database.
The Internet connecting is active and working.

Not sure if this will help but I had the same problem with my music library just the other day.

For me, there was a Plex update which I installed which appeared to solve the issue.
