I am signed up for Plex Pass and my admin account has access to Live TV. I have set up managed home users and updated their restrictions to Allow access to Live TV according to Watching Live TV | Plex Support, however, those users do not have access to Live TV in their profile.
Is the live tv section by any chance hidden under the More button in the side bar / main navigation?
No, the only menu open under that is Movies & Shows.
Think I am having the same issue. I am able to share the “Live TV & DVR” but not the “Live TV on Plex” or “Movies & Shows on Plex”. How do I share the free plex channels and movies to get that to show under a managed user?
UPDATE: I found it. For anyone that has the same issue, go to the setting on the main account (via web), click on “Online Media Sources” then enable what you wish.
