I installed the Plex app on my Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and S7 tablet and get the Sign in failed message. Plex Dash works fine. I have the same user name and password. What is going on?
That typically means your IP is temporarily blocked for too many failed sign in attempts. Wait an hour and try again. If you use a VPN, turn that off to sign in. You can turn it back on afterwards.

Plex is great! I’ve got Plex player running on my Sheild, phone, and laptop. Just got a new tablet and I can’t log in. It keeps showing: “Sign in Failed”, and “User could not be authenticated”.
I’m sure my login credentials are correct. I waited 24 hours+ and tried but still no luck.
How can I check? or Fix?
