I am a relatively new user for plex TV/DVR. After about a month of working correctly DVR will no longer make recordings reliably or tune live TV. I am using a WinTV Quad HD Tuner and receive the “Cannot Tune the Channel” error. I am on Plex Media Server version 1.14.1.5488
