Unable to Update MyCloud PR210

Had to to a fresh install of PMS on my WD MyCloud PR2100 yesterday as I had completely lost the ability to access the settings. I was running the latest (or near latest) version of PMS. After getting reinstalled, I am no longer able to update. I’ve tried to manually update from multiple computers but keep getting stuck on the updating screen.
I am running OS5 and never had an issue updating in the prior few months running OS5.
If logs are needed, I’m honestly not sure which log would be required.

Uninstall Plex and then delete folders plex_conf and plexmediaserver then try installing it again.
First install the version from WD app store, then update using the file from Plex website

No luck.

Update: tried from a different computer, and didn’t stop the application before updating, and now it worked. Odd.
