Unable to update to the latest

Server Version#: FreeNAS 11.1-U6/Jail is FreeBSD 11.1-STABLE
Player Version#: 1.13.6.5339

The last couple of versions, when I update my jail with the latest of everything, it doesn’t grab the latest of the Plex software - it grabs something mostly new, but not new new.

For example, today I get this in the Plex GUI when I launch the browser:
A Plex Media Server update is available for the server PlexNAS! 1.13.7.5369

So then I jexec into the jail, do a pkg update/upgrade and at the end of the process what is installed is:
plexmediaserver-plexpass-1.13.6.5339

Not the latest, latest (on a side note, 1.13.6.5339 is newer than what I had, just not the 1.13.7.5369 I would have expected). If I try to upgrade/update again, it acts as if there are no new updates.

What am I missing? Thanks in advance!

Chris

Your post would be better placed in the server-freebsd subforum.

Super - thanks! Done.

Ok, this is what I have learned.

This file:
/usr/local/etc/pkg/repos/FreeBSD.conf
Contains a pointer to this package feed:
http://pkg.FreeBSD.org/freebsd:10:x86:64/latest

And that feed has the older reference. Now off to find where I should be pointing for the very latest Plex package…
