Unable to upgade from v1.40

Server Version#:1.40.2.8395-c67dce28e
Player Version#: n/a
If I upgrade the package, plex does not start. In app centre shows that plex is running, however, in resource manager there’s no “plex” application running.
If I downgrade to 1.40.2.8395-c67dce28e, it works fine again. I have tried multiple other versions.
