Unable to upgrade matching for TV Library (There's upgraded matching for TV?)

I’m not sure if this is a UI bug or something (haven’t seen anything about a new TV agent upgrade), but when I do try to “upgrade matching” I receive an error stating the library failed to be upgraded. I’ve tried from both my local IP as well as from the web app and get the same error, leading me to think this is a UI bug.

Not likely relevant but I’m running on Ubuntu 16.04LTS.

Anyone know anything about this? It’s been present for at least 3-4 beta releases for me (3 of them were released all within the last 2 weeks).

That is a client bug. There is no updated tv show agent yet.
Ignore the menu item for now.
