For more than a week now I’ve tried upgrading the matching in my TV library to the new scanner and been met with the following maddeningly vague error. All I’ve tried to do is reboot the server, or restart the server application. Please don’t tell me to create a brand new TV library or I might scream and/or cry.
Server OS: Windows Server 2012 R2
Server Version#: 1.20.1.3213
Player Version#: N/A
To my knowledge there is no new TV scanner,… but there is a new Movie scanner.
There is no new TV scanner. It won’t do anything to a TV library.
OK, that’s good. But why even show me a non-functional upgrade button?
It is due to the way both types of libraries can use the TheMovieDB as an agent if i recall. I believe it will only show if your TV library uses theMovieDB has it’s primary agent which 99% of folks don’t use as primary.
