I have been stuck on 1.32.8.7639 for over a year now and would like to upgrade to 1.41.x as some features that I regularly use have stopped working in 1.32 (watchlist no longer loads). When upgrading I am met with the following error:
Running PlexDBRepair-1.10.03 did not help:
PlexDBRepair.log (879 Bytes)
And the server is still working basically?
Have you moved the Plex data folder away from its default location on drive C:?
How much free space is on drive C: ?
(or whatever drive the plex data folder is residing on)
Are you running Plex server as a system service?
It does not start, the server will shut down after clicking ok.
The data folder is “C:\Plex Media Server”
207GB free.
Not running as a service.
Can you please see the article on server logs and provide the complete zip? your current snipit contains very little useful data.

After running the command below the server was able to migrate its database successfully.
I highly suspect you may have a corrupt database then. Please look into GitHub - ChuckPa/PlexDBRepair: Database repair utility for Plex Media Server databases
