Unacceptable bugs. Needs immediate attention

I would love to know when finally the bugs in ui and passthrough will be fixed for xbox client?

I am using plex half a year already and nothing got fixed. Only broken.

Currently what is broken:

  • passthrough doesnt work for dts tracks if the track is not first one.
  • HEVC videos with AAC tracks just freeze and no way to play them
  • the ui is soo buggy. The movie art on top right corner is initially blurred and not visible. After you open the sidebar menu and go back then it normalize
  • after playing the movie and stop it when you return to movie details screen Cast & Crew section is gone and combined to a single icon
  • tidal available tracks doesnt show for some items
  • editions section is missing
  • key mapping is wrong. Currently no way to FF with 10 minutes. Only by 30s. If you want to go to the middle of the movie with no chapters… It takes forever

I really hope that will be resolved. Its unacceptable so long this bugs to be not resolved and even not looked into it.

Do somebody read that reports here?? !!!

Anyone from the plex team reading this? At least give us official statement…

Apparently not.

Perhaps if you hadn’t used “unacceptable” or “needs inmediate attention” in your post you would have gotten some responses.

I don’t know but if you had phrased it in a more, let’s say, friendly way it would probably have gotten more traction - or responses, if you will.

I tried this with 2 other posts and still nobody care. That was closed due to 3 months no response.
So i doubt someone even look at this forum… I mean from the staff.

They didnt answer to my other question for plugins too. There i didnt used such a words… But still no answers.

That is trully unacceptable. I dont know other words for that…

I agree with all your points. Also not being able to direct play PGS subtitles. Kodi can do it with a plex4kodi addon made by one guy on xbox. So why can’t plex do it?

Also, I didn’t see it mentioned as this is a seriously disruptive one which is when at random times the content being played starts stuttering like mad, all you have to do is press “left keypad” once to go back a few seconds and it’s fixed. This happens sometimes 2-3 times per movie / episode. Sometimes none, sometimes just once but it’s been like this for years.
