Did you remove the user under “sharing” in the server? If you do this then they cannot connect to your server.

i dont know why we are allowing unauthorized device to access media, and user i used is my credentials i cant remove.

can someone stop him messing with my playlist and on deck videos, its a samsung tv accessing with my login session, i have tried everything changed password & pin also cleaned my all authorized devices still he is able to access and playing.

Uhh… might be a simple question, but did you ask him to stop?

Disable Remote Access on your server for a bit and I’m sure he’ll get frustrated after a while.

Unfortunately, by using your own plex user ID they can re-authorize their device unless you had logged out of their device when finished (and they don’t know your username and password to sign back in). A possible solution would be to go into your user account and change the password, then inactivate their device. If it requires them to log in again then it should solve the problem. You will also have to log out and log back in on with the new password on your server and then reauthorize the client devices. If that does not work it might also require you to change in your user ID, but I am not sure, and I have never tried that.
