Always getting this problem shown in the title.
Ive already deleted the XML file but didnt help.
I cant Claim/access server
This is not my first installation, on my other Server also Ubuntu 20.04 there were no problems.
So someone has a hint for me or can help me out with that problem?

Are you running locally or are you using a hosting provider? Can you post a copy of your server logs?

Why is Hetzner prohibited? Abt 1 Year ive used it.
Who is blocking it? Hetzner or Plex?
Plex has blocked that provider
Completely unofficially and off the record, I suspect there where a large number of pirate IPTV/Movie providers using Plex on Hetzner. Copyright owners were probably not getting the response they wanted from Hetzner to stop the piracy, they then started applying pressure to Plex, which in turn banned the hosting provider in order to avoid being sued as part of that piracy issue.
Are there any alternatives to plex? Im using it to put my Streaming services together, also to stream my Media while im on duty. Im not at home a lot.
Since this is a Plex forum I cannot promote any alternates, but a quick google search should provide a couple examples.
