Unauthorized to my own Server

Server Version#: 1.43.0.10492-121068a07
Player Version#:

Problem: Not Authorized error on the web app side (app.plex.tv).

Attempted: https://support.plex.tv/articles/204281528-why-am-i-locked-out-of-server-settings-and-how-do-i-get-in/

https://forums.plex.tv/t/you-need-to-reclaim-your-server-but-dont-dare-to-touch-the-windows-registry/809720

-I have logged in and out of all things Plex

-Restarted my windows server

-When I right click plex server in the hidden icons on the tray and choose “Open Plex…” A tab opens in Google Chrome saying “Getting Ready” with my local address and local token, it never loads as it is constantly refreshing itself.

Current Status: Server status at my local address has the status as claimed=”0” and I am unable to load into my Plex Server App.

***Special note:

-I have a lifetime pass purchased back in 2022, a major hardware change occurred shortly after, a complete hardware swap on the physical server, but services ran flawless since. Prior to discovering yesterday I had the unauthorized status, I had installed a graphics card to help with transcoding more than two months ago. I am not sure at what time I gained the unauthorized status but I believe it to have been in the last two weeks as I had viewed media on my server from my account in the last two weeks. Special note my managed users could still see the libraries in my server while my admin account could not.

Please provide a copy of your server logs

Update, I turned off my VPN and the infinite getting ready loop went away. I am back to the error saying not authorized and I have left it there. I also now have a claimed=”1” status on my local ip/identity.

Which log are you needing, I have some very large ones. *Added pics of my log files to my original post.

Those log sizes are normal. Now that you have turned off the VPN please try the You need to reclaim your server, but don't dare to touch the Windows Registry process, and if that doesnt work provide a copy of the log folder as a zip as per the server log article on manually gathering the logs

I did literally nothing different following those steps again after disabling my VPN prior to my message in here that I was unauthorized…. I even already had the regedit on my desktop still. I have regained access, thank you.
