I apologize for any info needed to help get an answer…
Long story… have had plex for a few years. Even beofre I bought new computer in 2018. Installed plex on the machine and easy peasy all was well.
8 days ago I had to start my computer from factory settings. Things went wonky and I am reinstalling like crazy and updating everything. I am running windows 10 Home 64 bit. Again, 8 days ago this machine ran plex beautifully (except I have ALWAYS had “error signing in” when I log in but the second or third time and I get in… another topic maybe?)
Upon installing plex again stupid me created a new server thinking my old one was gone. It wasn’t. It just refuses to connect. And I cannot fully delete the new server name I created.
So ultimately my server is “unavailable” and no trouble shooting tips seem to work for me. Been trying to figure stuff out for 2 days now that I have a bit of time and nothing except my forehead print on my computer desk 
I appreciate any help anyone can give! I miss my plex!!!
