Just created this server, am trying to make it remote access, but when I press on claim server, it bufferes a little bit then nothing, the button just comes back. I was assuming it was to do with the update available, but I have the latest version? I am on synology nas and now for some reason I dont see the beta package options even though I’m logged in on an account with plex pass, any help appreciated this is driving me crazy. Attached server logs if that helps and the image of what I have

Your Synology’s network is not configured correctly.
The DNS is not pointing to the modem/router -OR- google dns. (8.8.8.8)
