Unclaimed Server, Library Appearing Empty

I’ve just started to set up Plex on my Netgear ReadyNAS RN104

It’s currently scanning my media, has been going a couple of hours, and for some reason no artwork is applied to any media yet.
Loggin in from another device, or simply from plex.tv shows no media, can’t find any servers.
Plus The ‘This Server in unclaimed’ notification won’t go away. If I click it, it just spins for a while like it’s thinking but never actually claims it!

I manually installed Plex to the NAS using the plex download link (Today, so it’s up to date) for Arm devices, version 1.13.9.5456-ecd600442_armel yet I’m also getting a notification that the software is out of date.
Any ideas?

I’ve just returned to this problem, so hope to revive this post - Plex installed on my netgear ReadyNAS.
When I log in to Plex I get told right away by a banner at the top that the server isn’t claimed. In settings I’m told This server is unclaimed and not secure. But when I click Claim Server it sits and spins for a while but the ‘Claim Server’ button just comes back. It never actually claims it. Any ideas? Is it because I’m not using premium?
My libraries have found content, though none of them have artwork. Is this because of the unclaimed server, or just because they must have exact naming conventions in order to find artwork?
Please help!
