Good evening Plex users,
If i have not posted this correctly the I do apologise.
I have 2 films, converted to mp4 using the same software, if watching on my iPad using they both direct stream, if I try and sync them to the iPad one transfers without converting and the other tries to convert without success then fails.
Quality is set to highest/original.
Can anybody advise what i have missed
