Not sure if anyone can help, or if this is even the proper forum area, but here’s my issue:
I requested Plex delete my personal data through their preferences page yesterday. I, an idiot, did not realize until today that that means account deletion. I know, it warns you, but in my high fever induced state, I didn’t see it. Is there a way to stop it before it’s done? It’s been 12 hours and I technically don’t have an email saying it’s completed.
Your email inbox would be the place to look for an email with an “undo” link in it.
If you did not get one, look in your spam folder.

Unfortunately, there’s no undo link, just a confirmation. It does state that the account be deleted quickly, so maybe I missed my window. I submitted a billing inquiry before I realized the privacy request meant deletion. Honestly, the only real loss is Plex Pass. I’m hoping at least that can be restored.
