Unexpected buffering

Currently using Plex on a Synology 918+ but have noticed that movies lately have been buffering a few times during play. This isn’t happening with TV shows at all. I’m a Plex Pass member and so hard hardware transcoding. When I check the activity when the movie is playing it often says ‘throttled’ but even with this I’m getting buffering sometimes. The movie is only 1080p h.264 and the connection is wired and playing through an Xbox One.

Any ideas as to what could be causing the issue? Thanks

throttled means the transcoder is waiting on the player (Xbox).
I do not know much about the Xbox other than to restart it .
You might be better served asking / looking in the Streaming Players area?
