Good morning for about 3 days, plex on mobile phones and amazon firestick tv no longer work. When I access the library both locally and remotely and try to play content, I get this error: "AN UNEXPECTED ERROR HAPPENED WHILE PLAYING THIS VIDEO. CHECK THE INTERNET CONNECTION AND TRY AGAIN.
Obviously the connection is ok … I uninstalled and reinstalled several times, but nothing. It should be noted that from a PC, everything is ok both locally and remotely. The server part is natively installed on a netgear nigthawk x10 router, which was restarted and restored, and I also checked that there were no updates to be made.
