I have just installed Plex Media Server on my Netgear RN314 NAS. Added and scanned my media library (which took a while!) but now cannot access either Movies, TV Shows or Music libraries.
From the NAS itself and the Windows client I get “There was an unexpected error”, from the Android client I just get an infinitely-spinning circle.
Strangely, the “recently added” section under “Home” is populated, and items selected from it play fine.
Since it affects botth client types, I’m guessing it’s a server/database problem.
I’ve tried the “Optimize Database” and “Clean Bundles” options from the “Troubleshooting” menu to no avail.
I started to follow the instructions for repairing the database, but lost my nerve when the first command threw an error “no such index: index_title_sort_naturalsort” and proceeded no further.
Can anyone guide a noob on how to fix this?
