Unexpected playback error for video files that require transcode

Server Version#: 1.28.2.6151 (docker on unraid)
Player Version#: 5.45.3

When playing a movie/TV episode om my Samsung smart TV, towards the end the plex app is reporting an unexpected playback error. This happens only with files that require transcoding (bur-in of VOBSUB or sound transcoding) with direct play there is no issue.
The plex logs show the following:

[Req#421cc] Unable to find client profile for device; platform=Tizen, platformVersion=5, device=19_MUSEM_QTV, model=QE55Q67RALXXN

[Req#4228a/Transcode] Got a request to stop a transcode session without a valid session GUID.
