I have two computers running Plex newest version on both. One works great the other is having problems with just two shows. Survivor New Zealand, and Survivor South Africa (ZA) to get the metadata and image. It works great on the first computer but not on the second. They are identical VM’s with Windows 10 on two different Host. Why do I have two well let’s say Windows 10 keeps updating and rebooting my computers but not at the same time. I was wondering how I can clear the cache on the second computer for this two show but not for the rest. Everything else works great all 179 shows are good just this two are not. I have tried Analyze, Refresh Metadata, and Fix Match, Unmatch for this two shows and still nothing. Let me just say PMS is working great just this two show are not. First computer on this two show are populated. (Life Time Member) Eddie
If it were me, I’d check that both servers had identical:
- File naming
- Agent Order & config
- Library settings
then Plex Dance the files on the server with no posters.
It’s odd that the posters that did load are so different from server to server. Makes me think they are configured differently.
p.s. thanks for including the screen shots. Easier to suggest a fix with more data!
They are the same VM as I just made a copy of the First Computer VM and moved it but I uninstalled Plex clean all the directories then deleted them and re-install it. As for the post or image I have FanartTV enable. Thanks for respond and trying to help me out. Jur the best…
Where is the config so I can check them both, like I said it’s only this two shows I also deleted the metadata that belonged to this show after looking at the logs. Then tried again to download them, so I am reading the logs and I am not getting any errors. Like I said it’s Unique or weird…
