Hello. I have a series of MP3 albums that are not listed within any public database. These are custom collections of songs with album names that were created by myself, from unknown local artists and other miscellaneous sources.
For example, I have an album called “Digital Vortex”. The album name is embedded within each song’s ID3 tag, I’ve told Plex to use embedded tags. I’m also not using any Plex premium music settings, so Plex is not downloading any concert/track/album information.
Despite all of this, Plex has assigned an “Unknown Album” tag to each of these albums. Now they are all mixed together under this single name, and I can’t differentiate between them. Why is Plex not using the embedded album name? How can this be fixed? Thanks.
