Unknown Chrome Login Notifications

Over the last couple of months, I’ve gotten sporadic notifications on my phone (iOS) of logins to Plex from Chrome. I don’t use Chrome and don’t recognise these however, when I check, I can’t see any signs of an unknown login within the web app. Running on Synology DSM7.0.

Just checking if this is anything to worry about?

It might be the same stuff that’s reported over there.

That’s concerning - I’ve disabled remote access and changed password for now.
