I have an Unraid server running a binhex-Plex docker, I’ve updated the docker, and verified that the server is up-to-date as well. Plex will not read/add new media that I have put inside the TV Shows/Movies folder(s). Old media that was already scanned/added will play still, however any new media I place into the folder plex will not find/add on a scan, even if it is a manual scan. I have verified that plex has read access to the server. I’ve restarted the docker, along with restarting the server. Neither fixed the issue, and it seems to be persistent. I’ve also tried creating new libraries (aka click the + symbol and go through as if you were setting it up like the first time) and that wouldn’t find any data, even though when I clicked on say movies it would show the files/folders sitting in there. Any suggestions are helpful thanks!
Same issue here yet I just migrated to the plexinc/pms-docker. I did all of the same troubleshooting and I restored an older back of the database to see if it the current one was corrupted… no luck. Appreciate any suggestions.
