The UnSupported Appstore is a plugin designed to make the finding, downloading, and installing (as well as uninstalling), and updating of unsupported plugins easier for users. It also has the benefit of making it very simple for developers to get plugins out to the public and get updates out there too. It now supports metadata agents as well. You can find the plugin here.
