Hello, I changed photo tags language from Russian to English cause bad tags translation, new photos now tagged with English language, how to update tags for old photos? “Update All” does not help
Do you mean ‘Update Library’ or 'Refresh All?" These are two different commands, and I think you want ‘Refresh All.’
If neither method works, this may be yet another instance where the “Plex Dance” is needed. There has been a bug in the Refresh feature for a very long time. The workaround has been around so long that it has acquired a name, the “Plex Dance.” Someday I hope they fix the Refresh function so it will work.
As an experiment, do the Plex Dance with one folder of images with Russian tags. If the photos return with English tags, then you know that the Plex Dance will resolve the issue, and you can do it for the rest of your Russian-tagged photos.
