Version 1.22.1.4228-724c56e62
Did the latest update and all it said was it failed and now I can’t connect to it. It gave me no other specifics beyond “update failed.” I can enter my account and connect to libraries others have shared with me but my own server is not accessible.
I tried uninstalling PMS and installing a new one from download. Same problem. If I click on the PMS icon it usually pulls up the browser site to access and while it tries, it fails to locate it. So I can’t even setup from scratch at the moment however if I need to do so I would like to know where it backs up the data (like what show I’m on).
What can I try next? Currently dead in the water.
