Much like this thread, the server listener began maxing out computer resources multiple times a minute.
I attempted an update to 1.31, but the updater failed when trying to uninstall what it claims is an existing 32-bit version. It recommends to do a manual uninstall. I followed the support page on this but it does not get rid of all of the files. It does not even list all of the files in the instance that the uninstaller fails. Where are all of the files located for a comprehensive manual uninstall of PMS?
The updater still detects an older version and fails with an “Error 5”.
I would upload images but it just says “an unknown error occured”.

Could you locate the msi log files for the attempted update - they should be in %TEMP% directory with filenames with .log filename extension and Plex in the filename
If you are updating from the 32-bit to the 64-bit build, there would also be logs from the 64-bit installer
Zip all the Plex log files you find in the %TEMP% directory and attach the zip
