Not sure I follow you. I clicked on this and there are a lot of comments regarding new releases for Windows, Macs and Linux, but I don’t see any download links nor OS versions except the latest. But, I will keep looking

It was merely a tip which version started to require 10.14+ Plex is not making available older versions of the software officially.
