Update plex

I arrived at home, then update plex on my shield like i always do then( in the shop) this message a appear: to continue to use shield android tv please update do latest version. i click the update button and the wheel keeps going forever. please help cannot see my stuff, first time this happened. i have restarted the nvidea. 22186 i can see the server and files in my computer.
