The android mobile app in its current form is both clunky and hard to use. There are far too many different tabs and windows you need to click through just to be able to start playing some media or to switch from one program or film to another. This makes it an infuriating experience to try and use.
The app itself also looks greatly outdated and as though it has not been touched in years. It is reminiscent of early apps from the Android 4 era.
It is for these reasons that I feel it is long overdue a refresh to update it to look better and also to make it more user-friendly and less clunky.
