Updated and now ALL LIBRARIES are MISSING for ADMIN

Just installed the latest update on my QNAP NAS and suddenly the Home Admin account has completely LOST ALL LIBRARIES. They don’t show up in settings, all I get displayed for that account is all the online streaming service CRAP that I DO NOT WANT.

I WANT MY LOCAL LIBRARIES.

I have a secondary “guest” account which is used for viewing content where the admin account is used for management of the library content, metadata, etc. and thankfully that account can still see the local libraries – but the Admin account has completely lost the plot and hitting any of the “My Media” type links direct me to download and install a new server.
I ALREADY HAVE A SERVER. THATS WHAT I JUST UPDATED AND COMPLETELY HOSED THE EXPERIENCE.

How can I: A) RECOVER/RECONNECT to the local library and B) TURN OFF ALL THIS STREAMING CRAP PLEX KEEPS TRYING TO SELL ME.?

Additional note: I CAN LOG INTO the server – the problem is NOT that I don’t have access - - it’s that my hosted libraries NO LONGER APPEAR for the Admin account
