Can you try with a custom DNS server setting?
Use either Google’s 8.8.8.8 or Clouflare’s 1.1.1.1

And another crazy idea:
Edit the name of your phone and avoid putting in any special letters, e.g. those with diacritics like ó or ü
Then forced close the app and reboot the phone. I wonder if this could make a difference.
