Updated Plex... worked fine before... now.. Conversaion Failed

I updated my Plex to the latest version the other day and nothing has worked since.

I keep getting this Conversion failed. The transcoder exited due to an error error on my tv…
On my laptop I get Please Check that the file exists and the necessary drive is mounted

Its not specific to any one video, I can’t even finish watching movies that I have only made it halfway through.

I have tried this and that, permissions on the server
I’m not sure what to do

I’m using a DS418 Play Server

Can you please do the following

  1. Verify DEBUG logging is enabled, VERBOSE is disabled, and those settings SAVEd
  2. Start Playback
  3. Let it play for 30 seconds then stop. If this captures the problem, great.
  4. Download the logs
  5. If the error is captured here, upload the logs here
  6. If the error isn’t captured, Resume playback
  7. Play until failure.
  8. When it fails, capture another set
  9. Upload 2nd ZIP set with the first .

I will examine the differences.
