I have a Thecus N2810 (as I’m sure you guessed!) and Plex runs fine for me.
However, every time I update the app it wipes all my libraries and playlists, which is far from ideal, as I have a decent number of them.
I’m pretty sure that it’s something I’m doing wrong - but obviously I don’t know what that is (or I wouldn’t be doing it!) and I wondered if someone with this device could explain where I’m messing up.
I’m using the manual install method, as the app in the Thecus Store is about 100 versions behind and does not update, and the Plex interface only gives the option to update manually.
Anyone got any suggestions at all???
