Updating issue - Subtitles disapperance

Server Version#: 1.16.5.1554 for NAS Synology (DS418 Play, 2 GO Ram)
Player Version#: 4.1.1 for Samsung TV

Hi,

Since a few weeks I had a major issue on subtitles appearance embedded in videos. The player was not able to show them all (approximatively 25% were not showing)
I tried different operations, like optimizing videos to a lesser resolution, it helps a bit (more subtitles were appearing), but it didn’t solve the issue.
So I delete the Plex Media Server software on my NAS, and I came back to a earlier version (1.15.8, thanks I kept the setup file), as I realized that this problem was also occurring on videos that worked perfectly before. Now everything is working fine…
So I’m going to stop updating the Plex Media Server until everything is clear… I think I’m not the only one with this issue, please check this thread : Sous-titres incomplets

Anyone else with the same problem?

Here too. We recognized this since a view releases. No setting hints that go through the internet helps. Synology 718,4gb ram.
